1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of use (GTC) govern the use of the monlogement.ch platform by users. By using the platform, the user unreservedly accepts the GTC. In case of disagreement, they must immediately cease all use.
2. Client area
The user has a secure client area, accessible by username and password. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their access and any action taken through their account. In case of non-compliance with the GTC, access may be suspended.
3. Services offered
The platform offers various services: real estate listing search, mortgage simulation, financial planning, buyer-seller matching. These services may be modified or removed without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the platform (texts, logos, images, brands, etc.) is protected and belongs to monlogement.ch or its partners. Any reproduction or exploitation is prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. Liability
The platform is provided as is, without warranty. monlogement.ch cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages related to its use, including data loss or service unavailability.
6. Amendments to the GTC
The GTC may be modified at any time. Changes are published on the platform and take effect immediately. It is the user's responsibility to consult them regularly.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The GTC are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts in Switzerland will be the sole authority to rule.
